I'm back again. went back on weight watchers 2 months ago and lost 25 pounds but got bored and went off it and gained 10 back already. I'm giving this a try again.i'm getting really tired of the yo yo dieting

I hear ya....weight watchers, atkins, south beach....I'm trying weight watchers again. I'm hoping to collect interesting easy recipes and embrace the "life style" change thing vs yo yo diet.
