Hi Ramon, you cannot skip your meals. You definitely need to have your 5 meals a day, this includes: Breakfast - Morning Tea - Lunch - Afternoon Tea - Dinner/Tea and at least 6 glasses of liquid a day.
I find by having cereal or Porridge for breakfast is great as it is Low GI which means I can last till my morning tea at around 10.30am which usually consists of one of my favourite biscuits and a cup of tea/coffee (I love a bicky with my tea or coffee). All of this is included in my calorie counting diary so I pre-plan my meals so I am able to see what type of snacks I can indulge in during the day. Keep your main meals as Low GI as possible so this stops the hungry's from kicking in....
