I refuse to weigh after a binge, after a two week laps in meeting my calorie goals, and after a month long absence from the gym. my weight has begun to increase by 4 and 1/2. that isn't bad but I was so close to a sweet sweet low. so today should be my third day of returning my "program." I believe I have a craving for fats. it would explain why I wanted to eat nuts and peanut butter and why I just don't want to let go of hummus. I'm curious to see if this apparent craving for fat will fade once my body's needs are satisfied or it will blossom into an ongoing craving that will ruin all my progress over time.
