Hahaha Matt. Yes. Coffee. Of course. No coffee would be unAmerican. Four sigmatic mushroom coffee mix with Chaga. (I bought into the craze and purchased what ended up being regular instant coffee with probably a microscopic amount of mushrooms on it. But the instant coffee flavor is pretty good, so I guess I'm satisfied).

YetAnother, I guess? I don't subdivide food on breakfast/lunch/dinner, because then I wouldn't be able to have waffles or omelette in the evening...and that would be devastating for me. I eat whatever at whatever time of day as long as it fits into my calorie count.))))
