A half pound is not wonderful and it's not down to where I was just a few weeks ago but I will take it. In two weeks my husband and I are going to Chicago for his work, our time alone together and a little shopping for me. Okay note to self. "Sugar is Evil". Less sugar...less sugar...no sugar. A pound a week seems to work for me. But maybe, just maybe, I could try for two pounds a week just for a bit! Yesterday my husband and I walked to church. We got the idea to walk AFTER I had already done a mile and a quarter on the elliptical. It took way longer than I thought. We were a bit late for church. And it took a bit more energy than I had expected. 2.1 miles there and 2.1 miles back. Then there was the weeding and deck cleaning. I was pooped but stronger and happier for the effort!

What an amazing day you had. I am so proud of you! And that half pound was well-deserved. Chicago, in two weeks. Hummmmm - wonder if I'll be in Indiana then - if so, it's just a hop, skip and a jump away!
