Today was the first day I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain. That was kinda depressing, but expected as Sunday I ate out for both breakfast and dinner. I tried to follow the rules, but the portions were probably too big and I had bacon at breakfast.
I don't care: Bacon is worth it. Once a week, c'mon!
Counting the minutes until phase two when I can have a celebratory glass of red wine.
