I've been getting sicker.... feels like pneumonia, last night I woke up at 3am with chest pains that lasted HOURS (from coughing I think)... so no gym for me. I am drinking a ton of water with lemon... and trying to eat very healthy which has been going well... I have no real desire to eat so I *MUST* be sick! If the pain in my chest comes back I am going to the ER. Otherwise I am just taking it easy.... In spite of being sick I am pleased with being back on track with my weightloss and eating. I have been reading "Skinny Bitch" and it is very interesting... makes you really think about what you are eating. I recommend it. Easy to read, but do NOT buy it if you are easily offended by swearing :)

Get well soon buddy. You're sick and I got a busted hip...GOOD LAWD, what's the world coming too?! lol. And yes, if the chest pain persists, please go to the hospital. I wish you well. BTW, your chart looks awesome! Way to go.
