spaghetti!!!! to die for!!! This is apt to be my first big overage in a couole months. My buddy makes THE BEST spaghetti / meat sauce combo known to man. Period. We are headed over there for dinner. Oh yeah, chocolate cream pie for desert.....I think I'm (maybe) skipping desert in favor of more pasta!! Well see...Its been a good run so far and I really feel we have to reward ourselves occasionally. Thanks for listening buddies!
After: Yep, great dinner and great time. More than I have been eating, but still under RDI for the day (admitedly though, where I usually overestimate calories to be safe when logging, I am probably shy here)
No big. I have been sticking to this thing to a freakin T and planned on a little indulgence tonight. Not whacked out about it. Worth it? Yep!
