Crazy travel schedule (for work) plus TOM, and now coming down with a nasty cold. Eating has been all over the place and not logging food. Still everything has been in reasonable portions and weight and waist size are holding steady. All clothes fit well. Just need to get through the next few weeks. At this point I am happy with maintaining.

You're welcome! When it comes to you, I am not sure I can be very helpful because you have so much knowledge and you seem to be in control all the time. But I'm glad I can support you, and if you ever need to vent you know where my journal is ;-)
