I finally got back on track going to the gym, feeling good, and then BAM yesterday morning I woke up feeling HORRIBLE- sore throat, coughing- UGH. Not happy about this. It is like whatever I was fighting a couple of weeks ago has come back with a vengence! I NEED to excercise so that I can fit into that dress... I think I will watch what I am eating BIG TIME to make up for not going to the gym... will try and eat tons of fruit and veg. at least then I will still be working towards my goal even if I cannot excercise. I didn't eat very well yesterday and it depressed me... so today is a new day...
