Weighed myself on 29/10 and was so disappointed to see that I had gained 600g 🙈😷so decided that I will weigh myself again on Friday have to face the scale and try my hardest to be 110kgs atleast by 26-30 November.This month has my sons bday and my anniversary and my bday so will try to be good on those days and not to eat too much cake 😅today I started IF 18hrs will try to work myself up to 20/21/22/23 till I can do OMAD that’s eating only one meal a day.I really hope I’m down by Friday or atleast stay the same I hope I dont gain any weight 🙈I’m going to try my best to be good and drink extra water.
