Hello! Well, today I tried a new recipe with my own spin. Acorn squash cheesesteak! After watching a few YouTube videos on keto recipes for acorn squash, I found the basics in how to prepare it. Believe me, there are so many ways to bake them!
The meal turned out great! I must admit, I added a little extra ketchup for that full cheesesteak taste. Yum! A little side salad rounded out the meal. Overall, it was filling and flavorful. I definitely will try other recipes. Oh yeah, hubby loved it too!
