So my right bicep has been hurting worse and worse ever since my work out Saturday morning, and is now to where i can barely move my arm out of a 90 degree position.
Never had a strained arm muscle before and its really difficult to rest it since i'm right handed...

Obviously no strenuous upper body workouts until it feels better but it should be fine just icing it, huh?

Its incredibly uncomfortable and its driving me nuts that i cant move it, i need full range of motion for my job!!

Maybe you're starting to morph into She-Ra. Maybe you can try to switch to being left-handed for a bit, and bulk that arm up so you're not lopsided? Sucks that you're in pain though, I hope it feels better soon! Have you tried icing it?

Icing it should do the trick. A friend of mine took Body Pump with me for the first time and did not heed the advice to go light on the weight for the first class. The next day, she woke up and could not unbend either arm and had to walk around like T-Rex, lol! You could also try taking some ibuprofen or other pain-killer that helps with inflammation.

I would soak in some epsom salts. Like 2 cups in a bath for 30 minutes. It really, really helps. I hope you feel better soon- that is no fun. Though funny to think about the T-Rex!

T-rex! that made me LOL! That is definitley what i look like! Off to find an icepack and ibuprofen... thanks guys!
