yummy and just under 500 calories. lost 4 lbs this last week and kinda back slid on the weekend lol but making up for it this week. gonna take some work but making progress with healyhiet choices and abdolutely AMAZED at hoe many calories i was actually in

My Hubby and I compared calories...he was consuming more in one meal than I was in a whole day. The kicker is he's not overweight...damn metabolism.

Right! Lol we eat the same things for dinner and different things for lunch. We both work over night and have 3kids (ones home part time). It gets hard to get the rest without missing out on a bunch of time. Since I came back from maternity leave little over a month ago I've STILL yet to fit back into my old clothes. So the last week I've been doing this and it seems to help. Granted I'm bad about energy drinks lol
