Ahum ahum I like it! 😁 Sundays are my overview of the week day, and I'm aiming to stay below 1500 average. While I'm exersizing during the week too, so getting to my goal of 78 is inevitable. 😎

Hi please help, i have been on 1375 calories, it works but slow, according to the app i must eat 2000, what is the correct amount to eat, im confused??please help
