I have been bad about keeping up with my journal! We have been so busy! We have been working out at the gym at least 3 times a week doing strength training then cardio. Today we are taking the dog to the park for a walk. He will be so excited!
We have not been as good with eating healthy at home lately. Need a major grocery trip. We have found that planning out our weekly meals helps with this. Its hard after the gym, we usually go to Wendys for chili & a salad or Subway. Not bad options but it would be better if we ate at home.
Today after the park its time to start the spring cleaning! Getting my kitchen back into order will help with the cooking at home.
