I've been doing this for pretty much a week and down a few lbs already. I'm soooo glad. now just to motivate myself to get to walking. just hard when you work nights and have a husband and sleep in shifts bc of having 3kids ranging from 6yrs old to 2anf a half mo lol but not doing bad. I didn't realize exactly how MUCH I was taking in until trying this app. I know I'm def starting to feel better already. still need to figure out where to cut more fat intake down from and go walking and then I'll definitely be losing more. yay!! 💪💪💪
