Today I weighed myself after 8 days and I knew I would gain as I had a bad week with a wedding,kids school holidays & my daughters bday.I wasn’t strict at all I ate everything that I wanted to.Today i realized i had to face the scale so i got the courage and weighed myself.i was shocked and happy to learn I gained only 200g in the 8 days that I was not strict.I’m so happy and relieved!I will definitely loose that 200g for sure this week and will be really happy if scale shows anything below 115,6kg this week!Doing 18hr IF and drinking extra water and going to leave out junk and carbs!
115.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.8 kg.    남은양: 45.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
