It's been months since I've been here. life has been a nightmare, dealing with some trauma in the family. Instead of seeking therapy I chose to sit all day eating my feelings away and feeling sorry for myself. That all stops today. I want my life back. I want to get back on track and reach my goal weight. I need to take good care of myself. Eating is not a form of therapy, I'm damaging myself by doing this.
