Today weighed in at 115.8kgs thats 800g loss since last week Friday I know I probably lost more but I have been constipated for last two days 😂 800g is better then a gain or staying the same 😊so I’m happy and grateful that I actually lost and I Hope next week I will be 115kg!Need to stop eating too much carbs!
