Way too high on calories and carbs for a nighttime snack.
Cheerios and a banana gives more with less fat and carbs!

Definitely a lot of calories.
But that also includes the 2% milk.
It's a numbers game with the nutrient values, but for strictly protein vs calories the Cheerios has the same protein for 70 calories less/bowl.

Hope you enjoyed it. I used to luv raisin anything & dried fruit. Till I figured out dried fruit has alot of sugar in addition to the good stuff. 🥴🤓Now I just have it when I crave sweet. New moderation.
That's a yummy treat to eat. I treat it like a dessert now.

AC..Yep! I do enjoy it too!
But calorie counting is all about choices...
Since I do enjoy eating lots of good food at mealtime (Though I now curb it somewhat), the number crunching always seems to become part of the evening snack choices.
So the higher ticket items gotta go!
