I haven’t tried any other green smoothies or shakes but with this one you mostly taste the sweetness from the dates (19g) and the banana. I added 43g of baby spinach ☺️
I found the recipe for a natural high protein shake but it had three tbsp peanut butter in and I’m not a fan so left it out 🙈

Totally beat after the submission and it didn’t go too well but at least it was just the draft 🙈 now another two big assignments due in the next week but after that I can become human again 😆
