Rick.. The big calorie items were buffalo chicken (570), egg (77), dressing (80), sunflower seeds (50), black olives (29), then all the smaller ones cumulatively... ⚖️

Truth be told, it was a bit oversized, but until that point I'd only eaten about 500cals. Even after it there were enough points left for the day that I almost could have eaten it again! But I'd been wanting a bowl of cereal, so I splurged on some raisin brand for snack! 🥛🥣😋
