Today was Day 11 of P90X Yoga. I didn't hate the yoga as much as usual, but I still don't like it! I have to say though, I don't think the plough position is for women (felt like I was smothering myself!)

Happy I dropped some weight!

Good for you! I am starting Week 3 on Monday. I have not been able to make it through an entire yoga workout yet. My goal for this week is to make it for at least an hour. I am doing the lean option, and am taking some liberties with the nutrition plan.
