I am a 38 year old mother of two. I teach music during the school year and stay at home with our 14 year old and 9 year old during the summers. Since having our kids, I have tried to set a weight that I call "my limit". If I get to it, I lose 10 pounds to get back to my "happy weight". This summer I realized that I was over "the limit" by 4 pounds. I am going to strive to lose these 14 pounds and then try to maintain better than I have in the past.
