I had a three-day weekend which unfortunately became three days of eating badly. I aim to start anew today with the six week challenge that begins. I already exercised this morning and I am doing well so far today with my diet. I am thinking about joining a more structured diet than my own meal plan/intuitive eating to help progress my weight loss. I was discouraged when I got on the scale on Saturday and had not lost any weight last week.
