Holy crap, guys!
I fell off the wagon but I still lost weight! The scale today says 226.1, I don't know how with all the crap I've been eating. But that's okay! I can get back on!!
It all began Thursday night with not eating before going to a church service that's an hour away (2.5 hours with traffic) which led to eating 2 donuts and a Sonic meal. That further led to my buying chocolate and making strawberry shortcake and eating pizza on Saturday.
What's cool is, though, when David's here, as long as I'm not in one of those depressed moods, and I go out of my way to prepare healthy food, I don't obsess or go crazy about it. For example, we had veggie burgers on light bread without my really noticing "oh this is diet food, I'm suffering" and he didn't care either. We were actually full.
Last night there was ice cream, chocolate and Wawa chicken - how did I not gain?????
I'm taking this as a blessing to get back into it. I have an insanely busy week ahead and I MUST get homework done. I need to do at least one of those papers that's past due, today AND get my tax forms.
But I should also get to the gym!
