3% carbs 30% protein and 67% fat for the day. Feel pretty good. Added a multi-vitamin to magnesium and calcium supplements. No leg cramps for several nights now and I was having them most nights. I am not totally successful in the consumption of the water that I should be drinking but am doing better than I was a month ago. Really thrilled about the scale finally going in the right direction.

Sorry RConrad, this is not about your journal. but bout the boxer that you have posted! I grew up with a boxer, loved that girl..One of the best dogs I have ever had.. again sorry.. that it is not bout your journal entry.. but had to say something..lol.. have a great day...

Hoosier436, I too am a Hoosier and a boxer lover. Bo is a dog that was given away because the new wife didn't want him around the new baby. He is a total sweetheart and my hubby's shadow. My whole family is crazy about boxers. They are just too special. Happy FSing.
