Last night was a most excellent night to get weighed. I have been terrible about working out lately, and I felt that on Monday night. We haven't restocked the refrigerator, so we've been eating things that may not be the best things for us. Last night, however, I got weighed, and much to my surprise, I had lost two lbs, and had brought my body fat % down to 28.8%. This is still an awful lot if you think about it (a little under 1/3 of me is GUT!). I guess I'm on the right track, but sometimes I run out of patience.
