I did not weigh in for a long time, and I moved back to PA among other things. I overindulged and left my way of eating. I've strayed and I've suffered.

Alright. The weekend was terrible, and I ended up eating out a lot more than I would have liked. Was on a business trip. Ick. I think I tend to overeat on trips, too. When I have to go, I always miss my Kelli, and even though I hate eating alone, I think I eat more to make up for that.

Last night was a most excellent night to get weighed. I have been terrible about working out lately, and I felt that on Monday night. We haven't restocked the refrigerator, so we've been eating things that may not be the best things for us. Last night, however, I got weighed, and much to my surprise, I had lost two lbs, and had brought my body fat % down to 28.8%. This is still an awful lot if you think about it (a little under 1/3 of me is GUT!). I guess I'm on the right track, but sometimes I run out of patience.
