Total off the rails day today. Met my sister for supper in a nice restaurant. We used to do this every other month but it’s been a year and a half. I decided, “Full speed ahead, and damn the torpedos!”
Result: 1915 kcal day. It was totally worth it … ! but my scale will not be on speaking terms with me for a few days at least.

Sometimes you just need a bit of a splurge!

I’m in a similar boat.. anniversary date at a nice restaurant then next day a full day with the grandsons at the zoo.. every time they ate.. so did I…. It was worth the 3 lbs up and I’m back on track!
