Wow, 2 days of pretty low, pretty painless low cal intake.
Getting in the groove again, prepping my meals ahead of time(a little late night cooking marathon with the Ipod rippin)

Got a massage today and the shoulder and thhe back are on the mend. A big part of this for me is dealing with my injuries and taking the exercise (weights / strenth) as I can. Walking every day. I dont enter much in the excercise portion of this, but its not because I am not exercising.

Thats OK on not entering the exercise portion. It can get tedious entering all the time. Glad you are on the mend, massages are the best, and cooking and preparing ahead of time is the only way I can stay ahead and honest on my meals. I pack my lunch every night now. That is the time I clean, veggies, and fruit and portion out for the next few days. That way I am not running late scrounging in the fridge for lunch. Stay motivated you are in the zone:)
