I have not been good at keeping track of my food as far as journaling. I'm horrible at it. My husband and I have been doing the extreme fat smash diet program from Dr. Ian K. Smith.
It is really structured. I'm not following the exercise for it. With my fibromyalgia and arthritis, I can't really exercise as much as I want. I'm trying to keep up on the housework and I am doing ok. I feel like I am getting enough exercise so far just doing that. Hopefully, as time goes on, I will be able to do more. I have such a problem with fatigue. Working on it all of the time. Pain levels are high right now and I am pushing through that.
let's see how many days I can at least journal my food.
