i have soooo screwed myself at the moment i made the most awesome mint chip ice cream but it didn't turn out as low in calories as i was hoping for i mean 147.5 calories per 1/2 cup is pretty dang good for ice cream that isn't artificially sweetened and it only had 12.25 grams of cholesterol which is nearly unheard of in ice creams the ice cream venture went well for some things but the eating a bunch of ice cream was not so good maybe next time i will have made healthier ice cream and have kept my self control in tact i do want the ice cream to be unsweetened but i know that will take a bit of trial and error....i have to get the science of it down!!!
