20 minutes on the elliptical was all I have time for. I entered the calories my elliptical showed I burned, which may be more accurate. I'll have to workout about 30 minutes to make up for the excess calories the last couple of days, or 45 minutes to burn 450 kcal's per day, because my average consumption has been 1750 kcals/day this week. Otherwise, my weight will remain the same.

I tried the "Beyond Meat" balls with pasta and sauce. Never again! I'm afraid of having to taste it again if it comes back up. 🤢
