I spoke with some friends/co-workers who have been working out in the school's fitness center ANNNND I have expressed interest in joining them, yikes. So I need to adjust my schedule and DO IT!!! I have committment problems with exercise although my brain knows it is vital to my health, progress and well,looks. So I will be psyching myself up for it everyday.

Yay! Do it! The gym at my school was the key to my pre-FS success in fitness and weight loss. And having friends who are expecting you to show up is great motivation! Good for you!
