I spoke with some friends/co-workers who have been working out in the school's fitness center ANNNND I have expressed interest in joining them, yikes. So I need to adjust my schedule and DO IT!!! I have committment problems with exercise although my brain knows it is vital to my health, progress and well,looks. So I will be psyching myself up for it everyday.
