The chocolate Addicts challenge is completed! yay I hope everyone achieved what they were hoping to!
After a month of no junk food and more importantly , not overeating i have lost 1.5cm off my waist and 1cm off my hips!
Still sticking to my RDI for the help I can't stop eating challenge and now giving my best to the one month to lose it(thanks kwath)and 6 pounds in a month(thanks iamachristianjesusfreak) challenges! These two challenges should definitely help keep me on track!
My buddy deb_n had the great idea for me to create a no scales challenge becsuse I am without scales for a month so will create one and hope to have some people join me:-)

That's great progress with the 6lbs off in a month. You are doing wonderful. I just completed a no scale challenge so I may have to join you on one down the road. When I get closer to maintenance phase I want to do it again. But I will be rooting for you though. :)

I will join you for sure, I think scales are deceiving and discouraging....an all-inches challenge! yeah!

I really do need to pay closer attention to my inches. I just found my measuring tape. So I will do that portion.

joined the no scales challenge :) not that it'd make a big difference thoug, I don't have any scales! :D
