Haha yep- I found an M&M meat shop spinach and artichoke dip in my freezer, so this was my alternative to eating the whole thing with some pita chips- and it was delicious, and actually that whole meal was less than 200 calories so I even followed it up with a frozen yogurt bar. Success!

Well I learned something from this! Never thought of M&M Meat shops as the place to go for weight loss friendly foods. I may have to re-think this! 😁

I think like anything pre-packaged, the sodium may be a bit higher, but there are some options that seem reasonable! I like that they have all the nutritional info on their website so you can look before you get there. That dip for example, is only 45 calories for every 2 tablespoons; that is better than many salad dressings! So using 4tbsp to stuff mushrooms (5 mini portabellas =approx. 25 calories) makes those stuffed mushrooms about 115 calories. A good alternative for me when I’m craving cheesy pasta or chips and dip 🙂.
