This first part is actually the 26th...Im a west coaster. Great breakfast choice very low in bad stuff and VERY satisfying I made good choices today and at 1015 pm I am well short of the recommended thingy (Though I know that is set WAAAAYYYYYY HIGH) FEELING GOOD TO EAT HAELTHY AND FEEL FULFILLED.
Dog tired as no sleep last night, but coming back to life late! Gonna watch a tivoed bball game and hit the rack.
Also discivered how fun wii fit is. Bonus..good together time with Becky.
