This first part is actually the 26th...Im a west coaster.
Great breakfast choice very low in bad stuff and VERY satisfying
I made good choices today and at 1015 pm I am well short of the recommended thingy (Though I know that is set WAAAAYYYYYY HIGH)
FEELING GOOD TO EAT HAELTHY AND FEEL FULFILLED.

Dog tired as no sleep last night, but coming back to life late! Gonna watch a tivoed bball game and hit the rack.

Also discivered how fun wii fit is. Bonus..good together time with Becky.

2/27/11 going sledding today!
Going for the store run. Turkey bacon, low carb / fat torts. egg beatersoh joy I love em!!
