omg it has been 25 days since i had products with beef or anything from a cow expect dairy products,i feel great with no red meat, tonight i made lasanga for dinner 1 was regular beef(cow) kind and for me veggie lasanga, everyone tried the veggie and actually liked it, slowly i am getting to get my family to slowly eat more veggies! :-)the beef kinda did not even look good to me , kinda of grossed me out !

since then i have had a little pork, one time shrimp and some chicken but that is it for meat ...
