blizzard today. limited in my excercise as I like to walk at lunchtime. maybe time to dust off the ol weigh bench at home and give it a whack.
Actually trying to take things easy and be patient. Back injury and shoulder injury being addressed as part of my helathier living philosophy!

Great that you are still working out with bad weather. Hope you find balance with your injuries. Stick with it. Youa re right to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after the bathroom and in few or no clothes for the true weight. That is when we are the lightest. I try to weigh in once a week, but I see others weigh cery often. Problem with that is weight often fluctuates during the week. Stay with it.
