2 weeks and 6 days to loose another half stone. Going home to the UK for a wedding. Started the basic atkins 2 days ago as couldn't manage to fit eating in with friends and family - i can always find something on the menu from the atkins diet. Wish me luck - 5 dresses to fit into I hope
