Well after 2 weeks at 208.8, and then an epic failure of 210.7 last week, glad to see that I am back at 209 this week. I guess that the down, with an occasional up is going to happen, don't have to like it, but it is gonna happen. Time to buckle back down and get to working out harder and more often. I would like to actually be able to go outside during this summer without a shirt on, and not scare women and little children!
