I am finally recovered from my foot surgery and walking 100 minutes a week. Need to increase to 150 minutes to meet my goal. Have lost a significant amount of weight which has caused sagging skin on the nack of my arms. I need to tone up. I have two 5 pound weights, but no idea how to start. I will try my friend Google and see what I can find. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying your day.
