Ahh, the crawl of shame. I had done really well, from June 2010 thru Nov 2010, sticking to my improved eating habits and exercise routine. But then the holidays got the best of me and I've neglected my elliptical machine. I had made a vow to myself that if I saw the weight start creeping back up, I would start counting calories again. So here I am. :) Not to mention I have biometrics testing next week, for our work sponsored wellness program that's required in order to qualify for the discount on our health insurance premiums. And I know that regular exercise is going to be required, so back on the wagon.
I do have some new goals for this time around, since I'm still pretty close to what my previous goal weight was. I'd like to wear a bikini this summer and feel AWESOME about it. I could have worn one last year and held my head up. But I'm just comfortable wearing a bikini unless I feel really great about it. Need to get my energy levels back also. And I'm getting squishy around the middle again, my belly looks nice when it's in shape.
