I dont get it, last week I was all fired up, this week I am just kind of down. What is up with that. I even missed working out today, although my grocery shopping trip felt like a work out. Two toddlers, 25% outside, and had to load and unload myself. In addition, they were short handed at the store so I had to bag my own groceries just so the guy checking me out had enough room on the counter to finish. Oh well, I was feeling all of it in my arms and back by the time I got done. Plus, my scale seems to be stuck. I worked my butt off last week, and did not lose a single pound. What is up with that? Oh weel, going to keep sticken to it. Eventually it will move and get below the fifties and into the forties.
