I’ve been carrying around this extra weight far too long and it’s finally catching up with me, time to let it go and move on! This past year has been a roller coaster but finally feeling motivated to get healthy and be accountable for my own actions when it comes to food choices and activity. Looking forward to better things and a healthy lifestyle!
