Right... Let's call today "Week 1, Day 1". Calorie counting and making an effort to fill those calories with nutrients rather than junk just because it fits.
I'll get back to the gym next week or the week after, depending on how long this sinus & post nasal drip continues to mess with my lungs.
For now - settling into the habit of tracking, accepting my gross fate of black coffee and being more creative with dinners so we can get those veggies in for volume... Eek!
