Back to the gym tonight! No more excuses. Going to try to do a dreaded three days out of four because I'm busy next week at work/home as well. Kickboxing and power sculpt tonight and tomorrow and a full hour of kickboxing on Monday. God give me strength! :D

What's the saying... train hard... expect results! Just got to push through it! It's definitly better than sitting around IMO!

No pain, no gain. Had a good week with calorie intake, not so good week with exercise, so I'll make up for it the next four days. Super Bowl Sunday is like a Holy Day for me, so it will be a day of rest! LOL
