Last week I lost 2.4 lbs. Which was awesome, I worked out at least 1.5 hr everyday and ate healthy. However today I went to get weighed in and didn't loose anything. :-( It was kind of a bummer since I ate a balanced died, drank water and exercised quite a bit. The only thing that I did that was bad was have 2 pieces of pizza on Saturday and one drink. I have not had pizza since Christmas break! Oh well, win some and lose some I guess. At least I didn`t gain!!!
